What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my visit?
Before the activity, the decision to cancel the activity is up to the site administration. If you have doubts, contact us. During the activity, the decision to stop the activity is up to the coordinator. If necessary, an evacuation procedure will be put in place. You will be refunded, partially or totally according to the number of courses you have completed if the activity is interrupted. Consult our cancellation policy for more details.
Do I need to be very fit to do the courses?
Any person who can move alone and without severe physical limitations will be able to do the activity. The difficulty of the courses will increase as you go and you can choose to do the difficult loops or not. You can choose not to continue the activity at the end of each course (without refund).
Can we only do the zip lines?
Yes you can do only the zip lines. The zip lines are also part of a high ropes course. It is better to get used to treetop climbing before taking them, so we ask you to complete the initiation course.
Are the zip lines included in the price?
The zip lines are always included in the price. There is one in the children course and there are seven in the junior/adult course.
Can I do the kids courses if I am taller than 1m40?
Adults cannot participate in the children course (less than 1m40) because the obstacles are adapted to the height of children. You will, however, be able to follow your children from the ground, take pictures and cheer them on. Adults do not pay an entrance fee when only watching from the ground.
Can my child do the junior course zip lines if he/she's less than 1m40?
Unfortunately, your child will have to wait to be 1m40 and more, because the course is not adapted for his/her height.
How much time do the courses last?
The children courses last about one hour and the junior/adult courses take about 2 and a half hours. Don’t forget to arrive 30 minutes before your start time.
Can I get down and finish the courses later?
Unfortunately, you cannot come back to finish the courses. However, we strongly suggest that you to take your time in order to have an optimal experience.
Can I do the courses if I measure less than the minimum height?
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to do the aerial courses if you do not meet the height requirement. You may not be able to reach the holds and go through all the obstacles.
What is the maximum weight?
In the children courses, the maximum weight is 155 lbs (70 kg). For the junior/adult courses, it is 250 lbs (113 kg).
Can I bring my child of less than 5 years old if one of my older children does a course?
Yes, you can bring him or her with you, it’s a public park. If his or her sibling is going through the children courses, he or she will be able to play without extra cost in the den (a game module with Sarbayä features).
Can my child do the junior courses alone?
We require that younger than 17 year olds have to be accompanied by an adult (18 years and up). The adult does not need to do the activity with the teenagers. We can be more flexible for older teens, so please call us to verify.
Do you have a place to eat?
We have picnic tables and a clearing where you can have a picnic.
Do you sell food?
We do not sell food. You can order lunch boxes at La Voie Maltée at 418-683- 5558 and they will deliver them to the ticket booth. Order for a minimum of five people by 4pm the preceding day, at the latest.
Do you have water?
You can fill your water bottle at the Chauveau soccer complex. Also, on hot days, we bring around a large water jug so that you can fill your water bottle.
Do you have washrooms?
We have a portable toilet close to the ticket booth. You can also use the washroom at the Chauveau soccer complex. In the courses, there are no washrooms, so you should anticipate going before the activity.
